If you would like to cancel or make changes to your subscription, you can log-in to your Branch Basics account to see when your next order will process, make an edit, change a date, change an address, update your payment method, add a one-time item or cancel.
If you would like to add a one-time item to your subscription, head to the "Upcoming Orders" section and scroll down to add a one-time items or accessories.
If you would like to add a refill item to your subscription, head to the "Subscription" section and click the top right button "+ Add a Subscription". Adjust the date and frequency as needed.
