My package was damaged in shipping. Can you help?Updated 2 days ago

Thank you for your order and we are SO SORRY to hear that your package was damaged. How disappointing! We'll replace anything that was damaged in your order. Please fill out the form below, and include your order number in the message, letting us know what needs to be replaced. 


We always want to track an issue, so that we can improve how we do things. If possible, please include the lot number in your message! Lot numbers are usually printed in black ink on the bottom or back of the packaging. If you have a photo of the damage, we'll take that too! Thank you for your help!
